Services Tier Breakdown
At KTM Pets, we offer a carefully structured tiered service model across all of our pet care offerings to ensure every pet receives the right level of attention, enrichment, and support. Each tier has been thoughtfully designed to reflect increasing levels of time, expertise, and personalisation. Whether you're seeking essential care or enhanced experiences like grooming, training reinforcement, or bespoke routines, our transparent breakdown below helps you choose the service tier that best suits your pet’s needs and your lifestyle.
Note: Service tiers are booked on a day-by-day basis. If you are requesting multiple bookings (e.g. three dog walks) and would like a different tier for each (such as one Standard, one Premium, and one Elite), please specify this clearly in your booking request form.
The only exception is Tier 3 of pet sitting, which must be booked as Tier 3 for the entire duration of the booking.
